Eligibility

Attendance at the Middle School Presidential Inaugural Conference is exclusively limited to alumni of Envision EMI’s leadership conferences and programs, including the National Young Scholars Program, the Junior National Young Leaders Conference, Junior National Young Leaders Conference Alumni Boston, and the National Young Leader State Conference (NYLSC).

Alumni of these leadership conferences may attend the Presidential Inaugural Conference:

	National Young Scholars Program The National Young Scholars Program (NYSP) is designed and created specifically for the nation’s most outstanding 3rd, 4th and 5th grade students, each of whom have been personally selected for nomination by a teacher. Visit program web site
	Congressional Youth Leadership Council The Congressional Youth Leadership Council (CYLC) offers educational youth leadership conferences and programs for an elite group of outstanding young people from across the country and around the world, whose selection provides them with unmatched enrichment and development opportunities in a distinguished academic environment.
